Spruce Cliff Downs 3400 Spruce Drive SW

Calgary Heritage Housing is set to redevelop its Spruce Cliff Downs property at 3400 Spurce Drive SW. There’s a serious shortage of affordable seniors housing in the city and we’re working to help address this housing crisis.

After more than seven years of planning, in the summer of 2026, the existing 55 up/down townhouse units on the site since 1980 will be demolished to make room for a multi-building complex with 199 units.

Construction should be completed in July of 2029 with tenants expected to start moving in later that summer.
